Bob Karl received his training at Julliard School of Music in the Dance Department, where he was privileged to study with Anthony Tudor and Jose Limon among others. Later he was with the New York City Ballet working with such greats as Jerome Robbins. His career on Broadway started with he was recruited by Choreographer Onna White (Tony Award winner for 'Oliver') for a revival of 'Guys and Dolls' after which he was discovered by choreographer Michael Kidd. A series of TV Broadway shows and movies followed. Bob was also the star of his own show which, after a successful tour of the US, traveled to Europe where he met Sandy DiMarco.

Sandy Karl received her training at the Bush-Davies Academy of Theatre in London, England in classical ballet under Norren Bush where she received the Advanced Teachers diploma of the Royal Academy of Dancing and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. Sandy also holds the Senior Gold Medal for acting with honors from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. While at Bush-Davies, Sandy studied with Gillian Lynne, renowned choreographer of the Broadway show 'Cats'. After a successful career in TV and London's West End, Sandy met Bob Karl and returned with him to the US where they continued to work together in New York City in such shows as 'Sherry' and 'Pretty Belle' with Angela Lansbury before moving to Tampa and establishing the 'Karl and Dimarco School of Theatre and Dance'.
From 1989 to 1998 Sandy was Director/Choreographer of the Swash-Buc-Lers NFL Cheerleaders for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and co-choreographer for the pre-game show at the Super Bowl XXV.

Bob and Sandy are recipients of the USO GREAT AMERICAN AWARD for their work and countless shows for our armed forces including performance with Bob Hope, Jimmy Stewart and Lee Greenwood
