Kim started dancing at Karl and DiMarco at age five and became one of the youngest students to ever be accepted as a member of the American Musical Theatre Company (AMTC) eventually achieving the position of assistant choreographer.
As a senior member of AMTC Kim has danced in numerous performances in and around the bay area including Ringling Brothers Renaissance Gala, Broadway, Jazz and a little bit of County with the Florida Orchestra, with Bob Hope, and Lee Greenwood for the USO, local TV shows, and was a Swash-Buc-Ler, NFL cheerleader for the Buccaneers.
After certification Kim has taught ballet, tap and jazz at Karl and DiMarco for the past 26 years and at present is co-director of operations at our location on North Dale Mabry at Geraci Road.
Kim has received awards for her outstanding choreography at numerous dance competitions.
