Received his training at Julliard School of Music in the Dance Department, where he was privileged to study with Anthony Tudor and Jose Limon among others. Later he was with the New York City Ballet working with such greats as Jerome Robbins. His career on Broadway started with he was recruited by Choreographer Onna White (Tony Award winner for 'Oliver') for a revival of 'Guys and Dolls' after which he was discovered by choreographer Michael Kidd.   A series of TV Broadway shows and movies followed. Bob was also the star of his own show which, after a successful tour of the US, traveled to Europe where he met Sandy DiMarco.

 

Bob Karl
